provides Project Management consulting and training services to our clients and to universities in China. At Zhejiang University near our office in Hangzhou we provide graduate level project management training based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) standards. Our instructors are all certified by the PMI and have extensive SEI CMM experience. We offer courses in: Project Management Framework, Project Scope and Quality Management, Project Cost and Time Management, Project Risk Management, PMP Course Preparation, Project Management Proposal Preparation and specialized training programs designed to suit the specific needs of our corporate clients. In class instruction is supplemented by e-learning aids to make best use of our students time and to provide comprehensive, reinforced training programs.

Our project managers all have extensive experience as software project managers employing best-practices such as SEI CMM and PMI PMP. They are located in China at our offshore centers, are multi-lingual and understand the culture. These PMs will take complete responsibility for project performance in China whether it be a software outsourcing project or localization/translation. We also provide on-site Project Manager Mentoring during critical project startup activities to ensure creation and successful execution of a comprehensive project plan. In addition to being certified by the PMI, our lead staff have extensive large project management experience at some of the leading corporations in the United States.
