August 4, 2004 . SIHZ reached agreement with Handsome International Software Company in Hangzhou, P.R. China to cooperate on software outsourcing pro jects. SIHZ and Handsome International will jointly pursue pro jects which capitalize on Handsome International expertise particularly in the areas of telecommunications, transportation and web applications. Handsome International will soon move into brand new facilities located in the Hangzhou National High-Tech Development Zone. Handsome currently serves many outsource clients using its CMM Level 3 certified software process.
