March 3, 2004 . Atlantic Management Center, Inc. (AMCI), and Tsinghua Tongfang Software Co. Ltd. (TTSoft), and Solutions Integrators, Inc. reached agreement today that TTSoft’s Bei jing software development center will assume responsibility for software development and maintenance of AMCI’s Disease Surveillance System currently being used in various locations in the United States. Solutions Integrators, Inc. new subsidiary in Hangzhou will provide some pro ject oversight and QA. TTSoft is a subsidiary of Tsinghua Tongfang Ltd. and provides enterprise application software, e-government and e-business application software, integration services and software services.
