was established in 1999 to provide software engineering, software process, and project management consulting services. Our staff have extensive experience implementing software projects, both large and small, utilizing advanced software engineering and project management processes.  Our experience includes projects performed for Science Applications International Corporation, IBM, and many others.  Our staff employ the standards and processes developed by the Software Engineering Institute and its Capability Maturity Model as well as the processes endorsed by the Project Management Institute.

Our goal is to assist American and Chinese companies to deliver quality software solutions through modern engineering practices.  Staff members include experts from both the United States and China with backgrounds in project management and software engineering.

Solutions Integrators, Inc. offices are in the Washington, D.C. area. Solutions Integrators (Hangzhou) Ltd is a division of Solutions Integrators, Inc. and operates an offshore software development and maintenance facility in Hangzhou, P. R. China. We have established partnership with leading Chinese software companies to provide resources required to implement the comprehensive solutions required by our clients.
